Security policy

With faith and expectations entrusted to us by our clients, we handle information of the highest confidentiality with respect to clients’ management strategies, business visions, identity management strategies, and corporate branding. Such information is changing and increasing ever faster on a daily basis. Furthermore, the various knowledge, methods, and frames that arise in the process of our development and proposal work for strategies and designs, and in our consulting work, contain invaluable intellectual property uniquely developed by the companies we work and co-create with.

Such highly confidential information and intellectual property with high information value must never be leaked to external parties or to individuals. Leakage of clients’ confidential information or information assets that results in violation of third parties’ intellectual property will not only impart significant damage to our clients and collaborating companies, but will also cause others to lose faith in us and damage our business continuity.

Members of Axhum who directly or indirectly engage in business internally and all our employees with access to our confidential information, intellectual property, and personal information will strive to appropriately handle, manage, protect, and maintain information assets and make improvements on a daily basis to warrant information security.

1. Protection of information assets
We see the confidential information related to our client companies’ and organizations’ identity management strategies and corporate branding work, and the intellectual property of our collaborating companies as information assets, and take appropriate organizational and technological measures to ensure such information’s confidentiality, completeness, and availability.

2. Adherence to laws and regulations
We will adhere to information security laws and regulations. We will also manage copyrighted materials according to the Copyright Act. (If we transfer the copyrights of our copyrighted materials, we shall do so as prescribed in agreements with the relevant customers.)

3. Providing education and training
We will continuously provide necessary education and training for our management and employees so that they fully recognize the importance of information assets.

4. Continuous improvement
We will regularly evaluate and review this “Basic Policy on Information Security” and its related rules and management structure to continuously improve information security.
