AXHUM focuses on uncovering unconscious values embedded deep within the organisation—what we call the Identity Core, the central concept that shapes its foundation.

To formulate a strong philosophy or brand concept, it is essential to surface this tacit knowledge and articulate the latent values that have not yet been made explicit.

We conduct workshops involving executives, younger employees, and other stakeholders. Using over 200 picture cards, participants extract meaning from imagery, while we objectively structure and interpret the results.

Through dialogue and visual stimuli, we reveal words and concepts that are otherwise difficult to access—bringing hidden insights to light and identifying the starting point for organisational transformation.
